おすすめ　#おうちごはんは、かた焼きそばを頻繁に食べていますが、「カリカリ」する食感、「野菜豊富で美味しいあんかけ」が理由ですが、最近になって「経済的」なことにも気が付きました。上記は、昨日作ったかた焼きそばです。豚肉、タマネギ、にんじんと舞茸がたくさん入っており具だくさんで美味しいです。
昨日のブログ、一人前の麺の価格について記載しましたが、かた焼きそばを入れ忘れていました。ラーメンが、60－140円くらいでしたが、かた焼きそば、私のお店（Amazonストアフロント）でも計算すると一人前85円です。イメージ的には、割安感があります。もちろん肉や野菜によって金額は大きく変わりますが、それはどの麺でも一緒です。個人としては、食べるときの華やかさを含め、ラーメンより安いイメージです。スーパーの特売では、一人分50円程度の時もあります。
作ることが大変そうに見えますが、実際には麺を茹でる時間がないので思うより早く出来上がります。もっと流行っても良さそうだと思っています。日持ちもするので、私は、家に常備しています。 なくなると補充しています。今気が付きましたが、 そのままカリカリと食べても美味しいので、非常食にもなります。
今まで作った「かた焼きそば」をいくつか紹介させていただきます。

At Recommended #HomeCooking, I eat crispy fried noodles quite often. I love them because of their crunchy texture and the delicious vegetable-rich sauce poured over the noodles. Recently, however, I realized that they are also very economical.

The photo above shows the crispy fried noodles I made yesterday. They were loaded with ingredients, including pork, onions, carrots, and maitake mushrooms, making for a hearty and delicious meal.

In yesterday’s blog post, I wrote about the cost of a single serving of noodles, but I forgot to include crispy fried noodles. Ramen typically costs around 60 to 140 yen per serving, but when I calculated the price of crispy fried noodles sold in my shop (Amazon Storefront), it came to about 85 yen per serving. Somehow, they feel like a great bargain.

Of course, the total cost can vary significantly depending on the meat and vegetables you add, but that is true for any noodle dish. Personally, considering both the appearance and the satisfaction of eating it, I feel that crispy fried noodles are even more affordable than ramen. During supermarket sales, I can sometimes buy enough for a serving for around 50 yen.

They may look difficult to prepare, but in reality, they are quicker to make than many people think because there is no need to boil the noodles. I believe they deserve to be much more popular.

They also keep well, so I always keep some at home and restock whenever I run out. I just realized something else: they are delicious even when eaten straight from the package as a crunchy snack, which means they can also serve as emergency food.

I would like to introduce several crispy fried noodle dishes that I have made in the past.
